Over the past fourteen years, FLS has experienced tremendous growth and success. We owe a large part of this success to our customers and partners who have worked together with us to build some of the best available technology in supporting the lending needs of financial institutions.

We are pleased to share with you another milestone in our company’s history.  Recently, we took a major step forward in achieving our long-term goal of global expansion by becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of CRIF.  Based in Bologna, Italy, CRIF specializes in the design, development and management of credit reporting, business information and decision support systems.  More than 1,400 financial institutions currently use CRIF services on a daily basis for the credit management process.  Last year CRIF acquired Teres Solutions based in Austin, Texas.  FLS currently uses the Teres Solutions SAIL® loan origination system to underwrite and process loans.  CRIF, FLS and Teres will work closely together to maintain the world-class service you expect and deserve.

As a new member of the CRIF family, we believe this combination of solutions and expertise will enable our clients to derive even more business value from their lending initiatives.  We are also excited about the opportunity to bring together our resources to accelerate product development and to provide our customers with solutions that can help them respond even more quickly and effectively to market needs.
